Terms and Conditions

1. General
1.1. The terms and conditions apply to all our products and content displayed on www.barrypirovano.com. When you place an order on www.barypirovano.com, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions.

1.2. Our website https://www.barrypirovano.com, these General Terms and Conditions and agreements between the webshop and the customer, to which these general terms and conditions apply, are strictly governed by Dutch law. 1.3. You declare that you are 18 years or older.

2. Shipping and delivery
2.1. All orders are shipped with PostNL, UPS or Packs. Please note that orders may not be shipped to a non-Dutch PO box.
2.2. Different shipping costs apply for shipments outside the Netherlands. Send me an email at info@barrypirovano.com if not listed on www.barrypirovano.com
2.3. Orders will be shipped within 10 business days after you receive shipping confirmation by email.
2.4. Delivery for the Netherlands takes approximately 5 working days.
2.5. Delivery to the rest of Europe can take up to 15 working days.

3. Returning artworks
3.1.You have the right to return the goods you have ordered from the webshop within 14 working days after receipt of the goods. I only accept returns if you return the goods with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging. Please note that I will not accept returns if I suspect the item has been damaged by the customer.
3.2. If you wish to return your order, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and customs or import taxes. If you would like a refund and the returned goods meet the above conditions, I will refund the amount of payment for the goods within 30 days.
3.3. If there is an error on our part regarding size, color or incorrect shipping, I will refund the amount of the payment and return shipping costs once I receive the returned goods.
3.4. It is possible to exchange an item within 7 working days if the desired replacement is in stock. Please contact me at info@barrypirovano.com if you would like to reserve an alternative product before returning the goods. Shipping costs for the new item and taxes are your responsibility. In the event that I am unable to send a replacement for your returned goods, you will receive a refund. If your alternative product costs less than your initial purchase, I will refund the difference no later than 30 days after shipment of your alternative product.
3.5. If you would like to return, please email me at info@barrypirovano.com. Send your order number/name and reason together with the product within 7 days to the following address:

4. Returning clothing
Still a size larger, the color not quite to your taste or too warm? You can return all clothing you have purchased in the webshop within 14 working days of receiving the clothing. The clothing may not have been worn, washed or damaged and the 'Piro' tag must still be attached.

When you return your order, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and customs or import taxes. If you require a refund and the returned goods meet the above conditions, you will be refunded the purchase amount of the payment for the goods within 30 days.

If there is an error on our part regarding the garment, size, color or shipping, you will receive the costs for payment and returning the clothing as soon as we have received the clothing again.

What to do?
Register your return by sending an email to info@barrypirovano.com
Please state your order number, the item in question, reason for return, your name and address details and your bank account number in the email.
When you return the clothing, always keep your new tracking information until your return has been processed.
As soon as your return has been received, you will receive the purchase amount on your account number within 5 working days.

Cancellations or exchanges will not be made until your shipment has been returned to us.

If you want to exchange the order, you do not have to pay new shipping costs.


5. Order confirmation
5.1. After you have completed the checkout and payment process for your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.

6. Shipping Confirmation
6.1. Your order will be shipped within 10 business days from the time you place the order.

7. Prices
7.1. All prices listed on www.barrypirovano.com may be subject to printing errors. No rights can be derived from any printing errors on www.barrypirovano.com.
7.2. All prices on the website include 21% VAT, excluding shipping costs. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs or import taxes charged on international orders when they reach the destination country.

8.Privacy
8.1. In order to purchase goods and provide you with the best possible service, you must enter personal information. I only use your personal information to correctly process and deliver your order and to keep you informed about your order. This information will not be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes unrelated to www.barrypirovano.com without your prior consent.
